Shipping Policy
We accept Prepaid Orders Only.
Shipping Charge is included in the product price.
Shipping to Tier-1 cities in 72 hours, Tier-2&3 cities will take 5-6 days, Rest of India will take 7-9 days. You can expect the deleivery even earlier but or TAT is as defined based on cities Tier.
Shipping is guriended as per the Tier of cities, exceptional cases or unavoidabe circumtances may dely the shipping which are beyound our control.
Return Policy
Returnable items(if applicable):
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged products.
- Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Gift items are non returnable items so no refund or return request is entertained.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/whatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale/Gifts items cannot be refunded.
No-Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged..
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to physical addres of the company shipping address:
RN Group, WZ-933E, Street No-14A/3, Sadh Nagar, Palam Colony, New Delhi-110045(INDIA).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
